By accessing and using IoTForce (iotforce.io.vn), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service description
IoTForce provides information, a technical blog, and browser tools (ESP32 flash, serial monitor, Modbus, DTG IoT Mapping, etc.). Some features depend on the Web Serial API and only work in supported browsers.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to attack the system, not to upload malware or malicious firmware, and not to impersonate others when using the admin area or third-party integrations.
3. Hardware and risk
Flashing firmware or using serial communication can damage devices if done incorrectly. You are solely responsible for your hardware. IoTForce is not liable for device damage arising from use of the tools.
4. Content
Blog and documentation content belongs to IoTForce or its licensors. You may not copy it commercially without permission. Technical opinions are for reference only.
5. Third-party services
Links to DTG IoT Platform, social networks, or other services are governed by those parties' terms. IoTForce does not control third-party content.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, IoTForce is not liable for indirect damages or data loss.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms over time. New versions take effect when posted on the website. Continued use means you accept the changes.
